JOSEPH is the Founder and Partner of Messrs Joseph, Vinci & Leong. Joseph was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in October 2016. He reads in the Chambers of Manjit Singh Sachdev, Mohammad Radzi & Partners and upon completion of his pupillage, his advocacy skill was acknowledged and was retained as a Legal Associate in the dispute resolution department prior to setting up Messrs Joseph, Vinci & Leong in September 2019.
Joseph has an active and diverse practice where he handles all aspect of dispute resolution arising from contractual claims to drafting legal instruments for Companies, his core practice areas include Corporate & Commercial Litigation (e.g. shareholder disputes, breach of directors’ duties, corporate insolvency and etc.), contentious probate proceedings and family law (e.g. divorce, maintenance, custody of child and etc.)
Through his years of practice, Joseph had assisted many corporate clients from newly incorporated companies to franchising companies in all their legal matter including Criminal Breach of Trust cases in the sum of Millions, completing Share Sale transection in the tens of Millions.
He had also assisted in one of the Malaysia land developer founder’s Estate dispute resolutions and had managed the estate account where the deceased has left being a total estate of 80 millions in assets for distribution.
Joseph has assisted multiple clients from humble individuals to millionaires, both Malaysian and foreigners in terms of his family practice where he had represented deserving woman of domestic abuse deprived of her financial capability to high-net-worth client earning six figure income monthly. In all situations, he had always adopted a children first policy, protecting the rights and interests of the child of marriage before the needs of the adults, securing the child future.
In all his cases, Joseph priority and aim is to achieve a win-win situation for his client and has managed sessions from mediation to corroborative meetings to secure the best interest for his clients.
