VINCI graduated from the University of London with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) in 2012 and completed her Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) in 2014. She is the Founder and Managing Partner of Messrs Joseph, Vinci & Leong and Founder of Insight Group law Practice.
Upon completion of her CLP, she reads in the Chambers of Zairina Loh & Wong, a banking litigation from where she was exposed to area of foreclosure, hire-purchase and insolvency as well as conveyancing practice especially auction transactions. She was then admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High
Court of Malaya on 5th September 2014.
Thereafter, she pursues her legal career as a Legal Associate in Messrs Manjit Singh Sachdev, Mohammad Radzi & Partners in September 2014 specializing in banking, corporate and commercial dispute resolution.
In January 2018 she continued her legal career as a Legal Associate in Messrs Rastam Singa & Co. and gained experience in strata management laws where she represented Joint Management Body and Management Corporation in claiming maintenance charges and sinking funds from owners as well as
resolving dispute against developers.
In 2019, she established Messrs Joseph, Vinci & Leong together with Mr. Joseph Ching. The Firm continued to grow strong despite the effect brought by the Covid-19 pandemic when the Firm was just established.
Vinci’s primary areas of practice are corporate law, corporate and commercial dispute resolution, employment, insolvency, debt recovery and strata management.
Vinci is also a legal advisor for small medium enterprise (SME) of various industries and other bodies including but not limited to private equity (PE) firm, foreign companies, trading companies, manufacturers, property management companies and joint management body & management corporation.
Out of office, Vinci is actively participating as volunteer for Buddhist Society’s events and in 2021 she joined as the volunteer for the MIECC Mega Vaccine Centre – the large-scale COVID-19 vaccination site in Malaysia.
