JOSEPH CHING ERN HAO

Joseph was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in October 2016.He reads in the Chambers of Manjit Singh Sachdev, Mohammad Radzi & Partners and upon completion of his pupillage, his advocacy skill was acknowledged and was retained as a Legal Associate in the dispute resolution department prior to setting up Messrs Joseph, Vinci & Leong in September 2019.

Vinci is the Founder and Managing Partner of Messrs Joseph, Vinci & Leong and the founder of Insight Group Law Practice. A graduate of the University of London (2012) and a 2014 High Court of Malaya admittee, she has built a robust practice specializing in corporate law, commercial dispute resolution, strata management, and insolvency.
TEOH KAI ZHE
LL.B(Hons); MMU
Kai Zhe is a Legal Associate at Messrs Joseph, Vinci & Leong, having been admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in January 2025. He earned his Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Multimedia University (MMU) in 2023 and transitioned into his current role following the successful completion of his pupillage with the firm.

Pei Cing is a Pupil-in-Chambers at Messrs. Joseph, Vinci & Leong, practicing under the mentorship of Ms. Vinci Ng. A graduate of Multimedia University (MMU) Melaka with an LL.B (Hons), she has built a strong foundation in legal research, advocacy, and procedural work.
